EU customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, initiate your return or cancellation request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/81479106798/account. You can also cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled.

Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. We will refund your payment, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return — whichever comes first. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, including custom or personalised items made to your specification.
